At the Day Off Skate Sessions the kids will have stretching, lessons, free skate periods, and options for arts and crafts and other non-skateboarding activities. If the weather is bad, during lunch we will screen a child-appropriate skate video. The Mid Winter and Spring Break programs are week-long programs, just like our summer program. Check the info on our summer program to know what a week at the Skateboard Academy is like.

Day Off Times and Details:
•Children can be dropped off as early as 9AM, and picked up at 4PM. Extended day is available for booking, from 4PM to 6PM.
•Skaters should bring their own equipment(board, pads, flat soled shoes, durable clothing), food for the day, and a water bottle.
•Open to children age 7 to 14.

Skater Requirements:
Skaters must be at least 7 years old, and love to skate! Skaters are also required to bring their own helmet, pads, board, and food for the day. Every skater must have seen a doctor less than one year before their first day, and a parent or legal guardian must fill out a waiver and a registration form before participation in the program.
Policies:
•The Day Off Skate Sessions are open to skaters age 7 - 14.
•If a child is picked up from the Training Facility more than 15 minutes late, there is $30 late fee.
How to Sign Up:
You can sign up either by going to the webstore, or going to Homage Brooklyn Skate Shop – 64 Bergen Street. Sorry but sign ups cannot be made over the phone to protect against credit card fraud.
